I’ve spent nearly three decades at the intersection of clinical pharmacy and business strategy.
My career started in clinical hospital pharmacy — 15 years working directly with patients,
physicians, and care teams. That interdisciplinary clinical foundation shapes everything I do today.
From the hospital, I moved into managed care, spending 13 years navigating PBM contracts,
formulary design, employer benefits strategy, and health plan operations. I’ve seen pharmacy
benefits from every angle — clinical, operational, and financial — and I know where the gaps are.
What sets me apart: I helped build a PBM from the inside. As Chief Growth Officer, I joined when it was a small startup and helped grow it into an established national player. I lived every stage — from chasing the first clients to competing for large, sophisticated accounts. I know how a PBM wins business, keeps it, and makes its money, because growing one was my job.
