I’ve spent nearly three decades at the intersection of clinical pharmacy and business strategy.
My career started in clinical hospital pharmacy — 15 years working directly with patients,
physicians, and care teams. That clinical foundation shapes everything I do today.
From the hospital, I moved into managed care, spending 13 years navigating PBM contracts,
formulary design, employer benefits strategy, and health plan operations. I’ve seen pharmacy
benefits from every angle — clinical, operational, and financial — and I know where the gaps are.
The experience that sets me apart: I helped build a PBM from the inside. As Chief Growth Officer,
I joined when the company had 5 employees and just over 20,000 patients — and helped grow
it to more than 300 employees and over 500,000 patients. I know how a PBM wins business,
keeps it, and makes its money, because growing one was my job.
Today I put that same playbook to work on your side of the table. I’m not here to be the face
in front of your clients — you are. I’m the partner behind you, developing the strategy,
